Scholarship Regulation
The Contemporary Education Foundation (ÇEV) provides non-refundable scholarships and social support programs in order to support children and young people of school age in continuing their education.
This regulation has been prepared to define the fundamental principles of the scholarships provided by ÇEV, application requirements, evaluation processes, and the conditions regarding the continuation of the scholarship.
Scope of Scholarships
ÇEV scholarships cover: Students at primary, secondary, and higher education levels, Young talents in the field of fine arts who have special abilities but lack sufficient financial means.
Scholarships are non-refundable and aim to support students’ educational processes.
- Scholarship applications are submitted with the required information and documents
- Applications are reviewed by authorized individuals or committees appointed by the Foundation
- Where deemed necessary, interviews may be conducted with candidates and their families
- The final decision is made by the ÇEV Board of Directors
Scholarships may be terminated in the following cases:
- Completion of the student's education
- Academic performance falling below the specified criteria
- A change in financial circumstances that eliminates the need for the scholarship
- Detection of situations contrary to the principles and conditions stated in the regulation
Scholarships are funded through:
- Unconditional and conditional donations
- Scholarship funds
- Resources generated through the Foundation's events and other income
