Science’s Remarkable Talents

The Science’s Remarkable Talents Project has been designed as a new educational initiative within the framework of the contributions of one of our strong supporters, Mr. Yılmaz Saydam. The project aims to extend the approach adopted in the Young Talents Project in the fields of culture and arts to the field of science, and to contribute to the development of talented young individuals as scientists who create value on a global scale.

Project Approach

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to provide support to students selected in the fields of health, engineering, information technologies, and basic sciences through a Scientific Committee composed of university faculty members.

ÇEV provides scholarship support to cover some of the basic needs of students starting their undergraduate education. However, many exceptionally successful students do not always have access to the resources required to sustain their educational journey at the same level. This project has been designed to support the educational and developmental processes of such students in a more structured and sustainable manner.

 Selection and Support Model

The determination of students to be included in the project will be carried out through a Scientific Committee composed of university faculty members.

During the undergraduate education process of selected students, areas of need will be supported based on the evaluations of academic advisors; subsequently, it is aimed to plan their postgraduate and doctoral processes.

It is planned to start with approximately 20 students in the initial phase and to expand the scope over the years.

Objective

The Science’s Remarkable Talents Project aims to strengthen the foundations of a cadre of contemporary scientists who will contribute to global science from Turkey. The project seeks to support students with high achievement potential in accessing international-level education and research environments through proper guidance and long-term planning.

You can also support this journey so that more young people can live better today and imagine a more hopeful future.
