🎓 For University Students

  • Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • Must be studying within the provincial borders of Istanbul,
  • Must have a low family income and be in need of financial support,
  • For students in intermediate years, a minimum GPA of 2.00 and no failed courses,
  • Students studying at foundation universities must have a 100% scholarship status.

🏫  For Secondary Education Students

  • Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • Must be studying within the provincial borders of Istanbul,
  • Must have a low family income and be in need of financial support,
  • Must have a minimum report card average of 70,
  • Must not have repeated a grade,
  • Must not have conditionally passed to the next grade,
  • Must not have passed the class with an average or by decision of the disciplinary board,
  • Students studying at private educational institutions must have a 100% scholarship status.

🔍 Application and Evaluation Process

Scholarship applications are reviewed by authorized individuals or committees appointed by the Foundation. Where deemed necessary, interviews may be conducted with candidate students and their families. At the end of the evaluation process, the reports prepared are submitted to the ÇEV Board of Directors for approval. No scholarship is granted without the decision of the Board of Directors.
