All applications will be evaluated in accordance with the KVKK and the applicable legislation.

The Foundation reserves the right to request additional information and documentation for the purposes of identity verification and authorization assessment. Any legal liability arising from the submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information or documents, or from an unauthorized application, shall rest with the applicant.

In the event that this application is submitted on behalf of another person, I understand that a document evidencing authorization (such as a power of attorney or guardianship document) must be submitted as an attachment to the application.
