The work of non-governmental institutions in the direction of developing personalities formed with the values provided by the family and the environment, starting from the childhood, gains much more importance especially in less developed countries.

Civil society organizations have established themselves as strong forces in the social, cultural and political lives of the developed societies. They play active role in informing and forming public opinion within their own scope. The individuals of such societies are typically members of more than one such organization and often they play active role in those organizations.

Because, contemporary education creates individuals who have identified with their own culture, open to universal values, who are social, humanitarian individuals who obey law and order and have national values; conscious citizens who reason, research, examine, think and produce and add value to the society overall.

The development of Education will be successful to the extent that the basic elements that make up the education system are compatible both with each other and with the social and economic standards of the society. Naturally, the careful and uncompromising efforts of the conscious parts and establishments of the society will have a share in such success.
