Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of the Foundation is to support the development of individuals who think rationally, are modern and independent in their thinking, open to research, follow innovations, and possess a strong sense of social responsibility. In this direction, ÇEV supports initiatives that promote the production of scientific knowledge in the field of education; it follows contemporary developments in science and technology and contributes to their integration into educational processes. 

ÇEV aims to strengthen qualified learning environments at all levels of education. Within this scope, it may take the lead in establishing educational institutions, education houses, dormitories, and family schools, or support institutions operating in these areas. At the same time, it conducts activities to support educational processes in schools in terms of teachers, curriculum, educational materials, and physical infrastructure. 

The Foundation’s areas of activity are shaped to contribute to the alignment of the education system with current needs, to encourage the active role of civil society in this process, and to increase social awareness. In cooperation with universities and other educational institutions, ÇEV organizes panels, seminars, talks, and similar academic and educational events to support knowledge sharing and intellectual production. 

In all its activities, ÇEV is guided by public benefit, scientific approach, and social responsibility; it continues its work with the understanding that education is one of the fundamental elements of both individual development and societal progress.
